MoYah joins Anoushka Shankar and Friends in Support of Choose Love
Monday 4 November | Union Chapel, London

Award-winning Afro-fusion artist and CUFA President (Central Única das Favelas) in Bristol, UK, MoYah will perform alongside internationally acclaimed sitarist Anoushka Shankar and a line-up of celebrated artists for a special fundraising concert at Union Chapel, London.

The event supports Choose Love, a charity dedicated to helping refugees and displaced people around the world. From providing emergency shelter and food to long-term support in education and mental health, Choose Love works to ensure people forced from their homes can rebuild their lives safely and with dignity.

Taking place on Monday 4 November, this evening of music, spoken word, comedy, and poetry will raise funds for Choose Love’s Emergency Winter Appeal, with 100% of profits going directly to support people living in displacement through the colder months.

The night will feature an inspiring line-up including Aakash Odedra, Denise Gough, Shafak Elif, Inua Ellams, Nikita Gill, Mr Nish Kumar, Nitin Sawhney, Poppy Ajudha, and Shappi Khorsandi, with MoYah bringing his signature blend of hip hop, African rhythms, and social commentary rooted in empowerment and community resilience.
